Products & Designs

All bridal outfits are handcrafted; slight variations in color, embroidery, and design are natural and not considered defects.
Product images are for reference purposes only and may vary due to lighting and screen resolution.
Customized and bulk orders are manufactured strictly as per confirmed specifications.

Orders & Confirmation

Orders will be processed only after confirmation and receipt of agreed payment.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without written approval.
Gopi Ghar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms (advance/full payment) will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
Any applicable taxes, transport, or courier charges are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer once the goods are dispatched.
Any shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

No returns are accepted due to the nature of bridal and customized garments.
Exchanges will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects and must be reported within 24 hours with proper proof.
Approval of exchanges is solely at the discretion of Gopi Ghar.

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, logos, images, and content are the exclusive property of Gopi Ghar.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Gopi Ghar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order placed.

Force Majeure

Gopi Ghar shall not be responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
