Returns

All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
Exchanges

Exchanges are considered only in case of manufacturing defects.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video proof.

Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Exchange approval is subject to inspection and confirmation by the Gopi Ghar team.
Conditions for Exchange

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.

Customized, altered, or bulk orders are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Shipping for Exchange

Exchange shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Gopi Ghar is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.
Final Decision

The decision regarding returns or exchanges rests solely with Gopi Ghar and shall be final.
