Return/Exchange Policy

At Gopi Ghar, we take pride in delivering high-quality women’s bridal collections. Due to the nature of bridal and customized garments, we follow a strict return and exchange policy as outlined below.

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and dispatched.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are considered only in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video proof.

  • Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection and confirmation by the Gopi Ghar team.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.

  • Customized, altered, or bulk orders are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Shipping for Exchange

  • Exchange shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Gopi Ghar is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.

Final Decision

  • The decision regarding returns or exchanges rests solely with Gopi Ghar and shall be final.
